会议主题：“安全生产月”活动计划
本月份，项目部积极开展“关爱生命、安全发展”为主题的安全生产月活动。项目部研究制定了可行的活动方案，精心组织、全面部署、认真落实、注重实效，以宣传国家有关安全生产法律法规、安全生产知识、项目部安全生产管理制度，增强施工人员安全意识和防范事故的能力为重点。班组积极开展形式多样、内容丰富的安全活动，加大隐患排查治理力度，进一步强化了班组对安全工作重要性的认识，完善了安全管理机制，提高了安全生产的质量水平和防范事故的能力，有效的控制了各类事故的发生，取得了显著成效，保证了安全生产。现将2012年“安全生产月”活动总结如下：
一、加强领导，提高认识，强化管理。
项目部成立了“安全生产月”活动领导小组，由施金善任组长，负责督导活动的开展。
项目部班组也制定了具体的活动方案，成立了活动领导小组，由班组全面负责。
二、采取多形式、多样化、全方位宣传教育。
活动期间，班组根据实际情况，组织人员进行培训教育，广泛利用黑板报、宣传栏、横幅、标语等大力宣传各种安全知识、预防事故的方法和自我保护的相关知识，观看安全电教光盘，开展形式多样的知识竞赛、技能比赛等活动。全面提高了施工人员的安全生产素质，保证了安全生产宣传的针对性和实效性。对特殊岗位、工种、作业人员，进行了专项培训管理，提高专业技能，将各类事故隐患降为零。

3. 完成一项建筑工程需要开什么会议，都有哪些会议，会议的内容和意义是什么

一项建筑产品的完成，就意味着工程的结束。
工程交工验收会是不能少的，工程竣工验收由建设单位（业主）组织，施工单位、设计单位、监理单位、地方工程质量监督机构、及其他部门组成验收组。对建筑工程质量、建筑使用功能、建筑安全性能、工程技术资料、是否完成合同约定施工内容等进行全面验收。只有通过以上各个参建责任主体共同提出验收意见后，工程可以进入备案阶段，备案以后才是合法的工程。
